Wedding in Bristol Clifton Cathedral
I would like to introduce you Barbara and Leo that just got married in one of the most beautiful Cathedrals in Bristol.
Clifton Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul is one of the first Roman Catholic Cathedrals opened in 1973.
The Cathedral is well known from its excellence liturgy and music, which draws upon traditional and modern styles. It’s perfect for the small but also big weddings as there is plenty of room and space.
The building is listed Grade2, a place of prayer and welcome.
After a lovely ceremony I have had some time to do a few shoots with the couple. Barbara and Leo really like the blue-green Jubilation window that reflects freedom from the growing awareness of God’s spirit. I think that shoot is one of my favorites too.
After the church we all went to the couple’s house-they prepared a little garden party. Unfortunately it become very cold and chilly so all the guests stayed inside. There wasn’t lots of space but the atmosphere was very special-warm and welcome. Everybody were laughing and chatting with each other and there was plenty of food and delicious cake for everyone.
Once more a big thank you for Barbara and Leo that you choose me to capture your special day. That was a good fun and pleasure to work with you.
